Long before Isiah Williams entered the boardroom, he learned to lead in the huddle. As a quarterback, he was responsible for understanding the entire field, commanding the confidence of his teammates, making decisions under pressure, and adjusting when the situation changed.
Today, those same lessons guide how he builds teams, leads institutions, and creates opportunity.
I lead in the boardroom the same way I led on the football field: prepare relentlessly, see the entire field, put people in position to succeed, and have the courage to call the right audible when circumstances change.

An audible is not abandoning the plan. It is recognizing that circumstances have changed and making the right adjustment at the right time.
We entered every game with a carefully prepared playbook. But once the ball was snapped, the defense did not always react the way we expected. When the situation changed, I had to recognize it and call an audible.
Life works the same way. Markets change. Families evolve. Businesses encounter new opportunities. A strong plan must give direction while remaining flexible enough to adjust. That belief inspired the name Audible Wealth Management.
